This is so wonderful working in writing together.

… year, a fictional story about a Syrian girl. Something based on her life but not autobiographical. We made a plan to return next month to the same cafe we were at and have a writer’s session, working on our respective projects and sharing feedback over bubble tea. Just the thought of that made me feel hopeful.
We Haven’t Hung Out in Months. Please Do Something About It.
