Thank you fro bringing this up again Libby we can use reminders of being here in our moment. I use I am mantras all the time. I also think people could be just thinking and seeking solitude sometimes. I know after working all day or in my lunch I don't always want more interaction I want some quiet so i can think and relax after a busy day.
