Thank you for writing about this. I had similar feelings. I understand in one way and frustrated in the other...of course I would love more followers... I been writing on Medium just over a year and until the last week or 2 I only had 10 people following me. I got scared when they said the 100 people. I started asking for help. I am now about 40 people still 60 short. i been publishing more stories in this past 2 months than before. Would love any tips you have or any support you can provide.
