I agree with this fully Janin. It took a lot of time for me to realize how important self love is.

If we don’t love ourselves, we can’t love others. When I wrote an article about this, there were plenty of people telling me that I was wrong and didn’t understand love. I still stand by what I said: we can’t love others without loving ourselves.
