How To Add A Kicker To Your Story

I was asked…How do we add a kicker?

First, you write your title with a Large T and your subtitle with a small T.

Next, put your cursor at the beginning of your title and hit enter. Your story should look like the image below.

Next, type in whatever you like your kicker to say next to the plus sign. Note that your title will look different and this will all readjust as you follow the steps below.

Highlight your “kicker” and hit the small T. This will bring the kicker down to the top of your title and the story should look like below.

I will now change my kicker by simply returning to it and changing the words.
