Thank you for sharing your story. You are not alone:). I had a very similar experience after publishing my book on Amazon . Addiction Uncovered. I interviewed over 50 people, shared personal stories and had less than 50 people buy the book. I published by second book which was a short story and poetry book I had 2 people buy it. Now I been writing more and more on Medium, hoping some people might like my writing and be interested on what I have to say...and the stories I tell. I write because I enjoy it. It is hard when there is not much traffic on things I write. I just keep going....I oved your trailed introduction to your book it was very inviting.
